In-person support, no matter your decision…
Zoe's Place programs aim to empower women with knowledge, skills and support structures. Mental health conditions during pregnancy and early parenthood can affect anyone. By providing access to a range of educational and community resources, we can address some of the specific needs and challenges women may face. We offer:
Miscarriage support program
Grief & Loss After Miscarriage
Miscarriage is one of the most common forms of pregnancy loss, yet it is often experienced in silence. One in four pregnancies ends in miscarriage — a statistic that reflects a profound and often hidden grief.
At Zoe’s Place, we understand that the loss of a pregnancy can have a significant and complex impact on a woman’s mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, as well as on her family and close relationships.
We offer confidential, compassionate support to anyone who has experienced miscarriage. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, your grief is valid, and you do not have to carry it alone.
Miscarriage is a real loss — and you deserve the space to mourn, remember, and heal.

Post Termination support program
Six-Week Post-Termination Support Program
Compassionate care for those navigating grief after terminationAt Zoe’s Place, we recognise that termination — especially when it involves complex circumstances — can leave people carrying deep and often unspoken grief. Our six-week Post-Termination Support Program is designed to gently support individuals through this journey in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space.
This small group program explores:
Disenfranchised grief and the impact of silent loss
Navigating guilt, shame and complex emotions
Telling your story and reclaiming your voice
Releasing judgment and self-blame
Gentle self-care techniques that restore and nourish
Reconnecting with hope and wholeness
We understand that no two stories are the same. This program honours each participant’s unique experience, offering support from trained facilitators and connection with others who understand.
Whether your experience was recent or years ago, you are welcome here.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Healing is possible — and you are worthy of support.
Women who Gather
At Zoe’s Place, we know that early parenting — especially in the midst of loss, isolation, or major life transitions — can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer referral pathways to connect you with the right support, when you need it most.
We’re also proud to connect with Women Who Gather — a grassroots community offering workshops, mums’ meet-ups, and real-life conversations to help you navigate parenting with others who just get it.
From the big questions like:
• “How do I survive on four hours of sleep?”
• “Will I ever enjoy sex again?”
• “What Centrelink payments can I get as a single parent?”…to the everyday struggles and emotional rollercoasters, these spaces are built so you don’t have to do it alone.
When your world changes, it’s easy to feel out of your depth. But in safe, supportive community, something shifts. Shared stories and practical advice can help bring a sense of ‘normal’ back — even when life feels anything but.
If you’re looking for connection, information or a little space to breathe, Zoe’s Place and Women Who Gather are here to walk with you.
